From Shannon Airport (approx 35 mins)

Coming out of the airport you are on the N19 – take the route for the M18, Galway /Ennis direction. You will come off the M18 at exit 13, signed for the R352 Tulla/Scarriff. Take the R352 towards Tulla and after a couple of miles you will pass through the Cross of Spancil Hill (notice sign on left) and after about another mile and a half, take the next turn to the left – there are two brown signs one for Maghera Church and the other for Hillview B&B.
After less than a mile on this road you will reach a 4 way crossroads – go straight across (there’s a house on the left with the name Harrison’s over the door) then pass the national school on the right and continue on this small road, pass a turn to right and immediately a turn to the left (ignore both of these) but take the left fork immediately after them – where there is a house in the middle of two roads.
Continue about a mile and a half until you reach the first 4 way crossroads and take the road to the right (signed Tulla.) After about a mile and a half you will come to a small turn to the left by a cottage which is half thatch and half slate roof – keeping this cottage on your left you will see an open entrance a little further on the right hand side of the road and where the road proper turns sharply left.
Take this entrance on the right – carefully, as you have to go across the road – there is a sign for Kiltannon Sport Estate on the entrance – go down this semi private road til you come to a t junction – take the right turn and continue to the end of this road – and you will reach a large 3 storey grey cut stone house. From Ennis (approx 20 mins)

Take the R352 out of Ennis signed for Tulla/Scarriff. After you cross over the motorway go straight across the roundabout taking the R352 towards Tulla and after a couple of miles you will pass through the Cross of Spancil Hill (notice sign on left) and after about another mile and a half, take the next turn to the left – there are two brown signs one for Maghera Church and the other for Hillview B&B.

From Limerick (approx 35 mins)

Take the N18 out ofLimerick in the direction of Ennis and Galway, this becomes the M18 and continue until exit 13 signed for the R352 Tulla/Scarriff. From Dublin Airport (145 miles)

Leaving the airport, follow signs for M50 (Dublin ring road) then take the M6 off the M50 (towards Galway) – stay on the motorway until you reach Loughrea – come off here and take the N66 road to Gort, from Gort take the M18 towards Limerick come off the M18 at exit 13 signed for the R352 Tulla/Scarriff. From Galway (40 miles)
